Album Notes & Community Reviews
Recorded in New York's Choreographer's Workshop, the Arkestra utilizes heavy tape delay and echo to expand their avant-garde jazz structures. Sun Ra's prominent use of the clavioline adds a surreal, electronic texture to the dense, collective improvisations of the horn section.
