Album Notes & Community Reviews

Written in the profound aftermath of the tragic passing of primary songwriter Juha Raivio's partner, Aleah Stanbridge, the band's seventh studio album is an intensely harrowing exploration of grief. The compositions augment their traditionally crushing death-doom foundations with elegant string sections and pervasive clean vocals, offering moments of fragile beauty amidst the heavy despair.
