Album Notes & Community Reviews

Before their sudden dissolution, Swell Maps delivered a wildly chaotic, terrifyingly dense masterpiece of experimental post-punk and noise rock. Heavily utilizing found objects and bizarre tape loops, '....In "Jane From Occupied Europe"' is an incredibly lo-fi, deeply surreal collision of manic art-punk and abrasive Krautrock rhythms that profoundly influenced Sonic Youth.
