The second installment of Leyland Kirby's harrowing sonic exploration of dementia marks the onset of explicit psychological deterioration. While the vintage 1930s ballroom loops remain recognizable, they are visibly degraded, slipping out of tempo, and drowning in tape hiss. It acts as a deeply depressing, unsettling representation of the moment a patient realizes their memory is failing.
