Album Notes & Community Reviews
Leyland Kirby, operating under his influential moniker The Caretaker, released 'Theoretically Pure Anterograde Amnesia' as a massive, 72-track digital exploration of memory loss. The six-part concept album utilizes heavily degraded, repetitive sound collages of 1920s big band music to meticulously simulate the disorienting, terrifying effects of severe neurological decay.
