Album Notes & Community Reviews
Produced by Sandy Pearlman to achieve a notably slicker, harder-hitting commercial sound, The Clash's sophomore record leans heavily into arena-ready power chords. 'Give 'Em Enough Rope' remains an intensely energetic, fiercely political barrage of punk rock, packed with deeply passionate, melodic anthems addressing global terrorism and working-class rebellion.
