Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released as part of John Zorn's Radical Jewish Culture series on Tzadik, the Polish ensemble's debut radically modernized traditional Eastern European Jewish music. 'De Profundis' pairs virtuosic accordion and clarinet interplay with dark, highly atmospheric chamber music sensibilities, creating a deeply spiritual and suspenseful instrumental record.
