Album Notes & Community Reviews
The Cramps plunged even further into trashy 1950s B-movie aesthetics on their sophomore record, perfectly synthesizing fuzzed-out surf rock with unhinged rockabilly. 'Psychedelic Jungle' is an incredibly playful, hilariously dark, and deeply sexual celebration of primal garage punk, dripping with raw energy, reverb, and nocturnal camp.
