Hanging Gardens

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Hanging Gardens' exemplifies the trio's signature approach to long-form improvisation, consisting of a single, hour-long performance built from a deceptively simple and repetitive keyboard motif. Over this hypnotic foundation, the rhythm section introduces a highly kinetic and persistent groove, allowing the piece to accumulate textural and harmonic layers with deliberate, subtle shifts. The work is a study in minimalist development, creating an immersive sonic environment through gradual evolution rather than conventional melodic statement.
