Album Notes & Community Reviews

Executive produced by Flying Lotus, 'Apocalypse' is a virtuoso display of bass playing and eccentric soul songwriting from Thundercat. Written in the wake of Austin Peralta's death, the album balances humor, grief, and cosmic philosophy over complex jazz-fusion grooves. It solidified Thundercat's unique voice, blending falsetto vocals with frenetic instrumentation.
