Album Notes & Community Reviews

A holy grail of the 90s Memphis underground cassette scene, Tommy Wright III's fifth album is a menacing document of lo-fi street rap. Characterized by incredibly fast, triplet-flow vocals and claustrophobic, bass-heavy production, the record perfectly encapsulates the horrorcore-adjacent darkness and raw energy of early Tennessee hip-hop.
