Album Notes & Community Reviews

Bridging the gap between harsh electro-industrial and melodic trance, 'Empires' is widely credited with helping codify the futurepop subgenre. The juxtaposition of driving synthesizer sequences, apocalyptic lyricism, and Ronan Harris's passionate, anthemic vocal delivery struck a massive chord within the global alternative dance club circuit.
