Greg Sage continues to refine his distinctively insular, guitar-driven vision of alternative rock on the band's fourth studio LP. Moving further away from the raw aggression of the early Portland punk scene, 'Land of the Lost' highlights his heavy use of distortion and delay, creating a profoundly anxious and introspective post-punk atmosphere.
