Album Notes & Community Reviews
The innovative German pianist pivoted sharply from avant-garde structures to embrace electric fusion and psychedelic pop sensibilities on this unexpected release. Incorporating sitars, fuzz guitars, and whimsical vocal passages, the quintet created a highly eclectic, countercultural document that expanded the borders of European jazz.
