Biography
Black Tambourine was a Washington, D.C.-area noise pop band active from 1989 to 1991: singer Pam Berry, guitarist Archie Moore, bassist Brian Nelson and drummer Mike Schulman. They released no studio album, only EPs and singles of feedback-drenched pop, later collected on 'Complete Recordings' (1999). The original four reunited in 2012 for the Ramones covers EP 'OneTwoThreeFour'. Their records helped define American indie pop.
