Album Notes & Community Reviews
A crucial release in the earliest days of the Slumberland Records label, this hyper-distorted collection perfectly encapsulates the American noise pop underground. The incredibly brief tracks bury sweet, girl-group vocal melodies beneath a punishing, lo-fi wall of feedback and tambourine percussion. The release deeply influenced subsequent waves of fuzzy, DIY indie-pop acts throughout the following decades.
