Biography
Blink-182 is an American rock band that rose from the Southern California skate-punk scene to become one of the most influential pop-punk acts of their generation. Formed in 1992, the trio is best known for its high-energy live shows, irreverent humor, and a signature sound that blends catchy pop melodies with fast-paced punk rock. After gaining underground success with albums like 'Dude Ranch', they achieved massive international fame with 1999's 'Enema of the State' on #MCA Records#. Their music, often centered on adolescence and relationships, defined a generation and brought pop-punk to the mainstream, paving the way for numerous other artists in the genre.
