Biography
The Blues Magoos formed in the Bronx, New York City, in 1964 and became one of the first American psychedelic rock bands. Their 1966 debut 'Psychedelic Lollipop', released by #Mercury Records#, produced the top five hit '(We Ain't Got) Nothin' Yet'. Albums such as 'Electric Comic Book' and 'Basic Blues Magoos' followed before the classic line-up dissolved around 1970, and original members later revived the band for the 2014 album 'Psychedelic Resurrection'.
