Departure

Biography

Departure is an underground American rapper and producer making abstract, experimental hip hop released independently on Bandcamp. Albums 'Braille Brandishing' (2025) and 'Work of Artist I Love You' (2026), plus the Dirty South and chopper-leaning mixtape 'SOUTHERNUNDERGROUNDIRTYILLOGICALCAMRYMUZIK', feature dense, twisted rhyme schemes, glitchy collaged beats and surreal wordplay in the art rap tradition.
