Biography
London band Foghat, formed in 1971 by *Savoy Brown* alumni Dave Peverett, Tony Stevens and Roger Earl with slide guitarist Rod Price, turned British blues into American boogie rock on #Bearsville Records#. Albums such as 'Foghat', 'Energized' and the platinum 'Fool for the City', home of 'Slow Ride', made them arena regulars in the 1970s. After a hiatus, reunions and the deaths of Peverett and Price, drummer Roger Earl continues to lead the band, most recently through the studio album 'Sonic Mojo' in 2023.
