Biography
For Breakfast are a North London sextet formed around 2015, fusing post-punk, jazz, noise rock, dream pop and psychedelia into layered, amorphous compositions that shift constantly in mood and intensity. They debuted with the EP 'Songs in the Key of O' in 2020 and followed it with 'Trapped in the Big Room' in 2022 on #Glasshouse Records#, recorded on an abandoned Cold War airbase. With saxophonist Eden Harrison completing the lineup, the band has built a reputation for expansive, unpredictable live performances while preparing a first full-length album.
