Hailing from North London, For Breakfast emerged around 2015, evolving into a dynamic sextet. The band bolts together disparate musical elements, fusing dream pop, post-rock, experimental jazz, and noise-rock into a unique and chaotic sound. Their debut EP, 'Songs in the Key of O', was released in 2020, establishing their reputation for cross-genre expression and musical turmoil. This was followed by the enigmatic 2022 EP 'Trapped in the Big Room', released via #Glasshouse Records#, which further showcased their expansive and unpredictable style. The group is known for their layered, amorphous compositions that constantly shift in mood and intensity, drawing on each member's varied musical background.
