Biography
German jazz pianist Joachim K眉hn, born in Leipzig in 1944, was a classical prodigy who turned professional in jazz in 1961 and pioneered free jazz in East Germany with his own trio. After leaving for the West he worked in Paris, fusion and acoustic settings, recorded 'Hip Elegy' and 'Springfever', and sustained a celebrated trio with *Jean-Fran莽ois Jenny-Clark* and *Daniel Humair*, alongside solo piano work for #ACT Music#.
