Marnie Stern is a New York singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in 1976, known for a virtuosic two-handed tapping style that packs dense riffs into exuberant art-rock songs. Her albums for #Kill Rock Stars#, from 'In Advance of the Broken Arm' (2007) through 'The Chronicles of Marnia' (2013), pair technical fireworks with pop hooks. From 2014 to 2022 she played guitar in The 8G Band on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
