Morrissey

Steven Patrick Morrissey is an English singer, songwriter, and author who rose to prominence as the frontman of the influential rock band *The Smiths*. After the band's split in 1987, he embarked on a long and successful solo career, distinguished by his baritone voice, witty lyricism, and a cultivated image of a sexually ambiguous social outsider. His work, both with *The Smiths* and as a solo artist, is characterized by themes of emotional isolation, romantic longing, and social alienation, making him a seminal figure in the development of indie rock and alternative music. His debut solo album was "Viva Hate".
