Muse is an English rock band known for their genre-blending sound and extravagant live performances. Formed in 1994, the trio consists of Matthew Bellamy, Christopher Wolstenholme, and Dominic Howard. Their music fuses alternative rock with elements of progressive rock, classical music, and electronica. After their debut album 'Showbiz', they gained international acclaim with 'Origin of Symmetry', celebrated for its ambitious instrumentation and Bellamy's soaring falsetto. Albums like 'Absolution' and the Warner release 'Black Holes and Revelations' solidified their status as a major stadium act, producing hits like "Supermassive Black Hole". Their conceptual albums, including the Grammy-winning 'Drones', often explore themes of technological dystopia, government oppression, and rebellion.
