Biography
No Age is a Los Angeles-based noise rock duo composed of guitarist Randy Randall and drummer/vocalist Dean Allen Spunt. Formed in 2005 from the ashes of their previous band *Wives*, the pair became key figures in the city's DIY scene centered around the all-ages venue The Smell. Their sound merges the raw energy of punk and hardcore with experimental noise, ambient textures, and pop melodies. After a series of initial EPs compiled on 'Weirdo Rippers', they signed to #Sub Pop# for their critically acclaimed 2008 album 'Nouns'. Subsequent albums like 'Everything in Between' and 'An Object' continued their exploration of texture and songcraft, later releasing music on #Drag City#.
