Biography
Ocean Colour Scene is a Birmingham rock band formed in 1989 around Simon Fowler, Steve Cradock and Oscar Harrison, with Damon Minchella on bass from 1992 to 2003. Champions of classic British songcraft, they broke through with 'Moseley Shoals' (1996) and the chart-topping 'Marchin' Already' (1997). They continue to tour and record as a core trio, with a live reputation built on Fowler's anthemic songwriting and Cradock's guitar work.
