Biography
OSI is the long-distance progressive rock duo of guitarist Jim Matheos of *Fates Warning* and keyboardist-vocalist Kevin Moore, formerly of *Dream Theater*. Formed in 2002, the project blends progressive metal with electronica across four studio albums, 'Office of Strategic Influence', 'Free', 'Blood' and 'Fire Make Thunder', recorded by file exchange with guest drummers and bassists rather than a fixed band line-up.
