Biography
Newcastle folk singer and guitarist whose intricate playing and humane, surreal lyrics mark 'Peasant' (2017) and '2020' (2019), both on #Weird World#. He is also a member of *Hen Ogledd* and collaborated with *Circle* on 'Henki' (2021). His songs, populated by medieval soldiers, stressed office workers and mythic figures, are delivered in a keening voice over guitar work drawing on folk and drone traditions, and his records have made him one of British folk music's most original modern voices.
