Biography
Oakland-based singer, songwriter and producer Tia Cabral, born in Sacramento, whose records as SPELLLING move from haunted synth-pop to orchestral theatre. 'Pantheon of Me' (2017) was self-released before she signed to #Sacred Bones Records# for 'Mazy Fly' (2019) and the expansive double album 'The Turning Wheel' (2021). Her songs pair vintage soul and lounge textures with experimental production and mystical imagery, and 'Portrait of My Heart' (2025) added guitar-led rock to her palette.
