Biography
The Seeds are a Los Angeles psychedelic garage rock band formed in 1965 around singer Sky Saxon, guitarist Jan Savage, keyboardist Daryl Hooper and drummer Rick Andridge. Their 1966 single 'Pushin' Too Hard' on #GNP Crescendo Records# reached the US Top 40, and the albums 'The Seeds', 'A Web of Sound' and 'Future' made them pioneers of garage rock and proto-punk. Hooper reformed the band in 2017 and it continues to tour.
