Album Notes & Community Reviews

'The Anthology' surveys A Tribe Called Quest's five albums, from 'People's Instinctive Travels' to 'The Love Movement'. The collection traces how Q-Tip and Phife Dawg's jazz rap, built on sampled jazz and conversational trade-offs, became a foundation of alternative hip hop.
