The Paranoiac Miracle / Eternal Void (2005/2006)

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'The Paranoiac Miracle / Eternal Void (2005/2006)' is an archival collection of Haela Hunt-Hendrix's formative solo recordings, originally circulated on limited cassettes. These lo-fi, dorm-room sessions document the project's pivot from a raw black metal style, influenced by the likes of Xasthur, towards the complex, affirmative sound later termed “transcendental black metal.” The material showcases the nascent fusion of blast beats with elements of sacred music, screamo, and classical counterpoint, mapping the philosophical and emotional genesis of Liturgy's unique musical language.
