Crime as Forgiven By

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in one intense day at Golden Tone Studios in Gainesville on December 3, 2000, 'Crime as Forgiven By' represents a major classic-era EP in Against Me!'s catalog. Released via Sabot Productions, the four-track 7-inch captures the band's transition into their legendary folk-punk and post-hardcore fusion, featuring defining anthems like 'Walking Is Still Honest' and 'I Still Love You Julie'. The raw, acoustic-electric compositions balance Laura Jane Grace's manic, anthemic vocal flows with a fierce, uncompromising anarchist political spirit.
