Summer Solstice: Bee Stings

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second installment of the duo's solstice/equinox series delves into suffocatingly dense, hallucinogenic atmospheres intended to evoke the oppressive heat of midsummer. Heavily utilizing strings, choral samples, and harsh electronic glitches, the project simulates the dizzying effect of a literal bee sting. It masterfully showcases their transition into esoteric, pagan-influenced ambient structures.
