Album Notes & Community Reviews
Returning with devastating intensity, Deafheaven pivots into apocalyptic, shadowy territory on 'At Work in the Fields of the Bomb'. The EP trades dreamy textures for dissonant, suffocating black metal and post-metal weight, driven by ferocious blast beats, dense walls of tremolo picking, and George Clarke's venomous, existential shrieks.
