Album Notes & Community Reviews

Closing out the Boston band's early sludge-metal era, this EP features some of their heaviest and most unhinged songwriting before they fully embraced post-metal atmospherics. The final tracks consist of a brutal, feedback-drenched suite recorded live in the studio, demonstrating their punishing volume and hardcore-rooted ferocity. It is a crucial document of their transition toward long-form, progressive metal.
