Album Notes & Community Reviews
Groundbreaking in its heavy use of polyrhythms and circular, minimalist bass grooves, this release proved highly influential across entirely different underground scenes. Its organic, percussion-driven approach effectively bridged the gap between abrasive no wave elements and the developing New York hip-hop landscape.
