Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the definitive foundational document of the massive third-wave ska revival, this relentlessly upbeat debut effortlessly married the kinetic fury of hardcore punk with bouncing Jamaican rhythms. Jesse Michaels' deeply principled, unity-focused lyricism and Tim Armstrong's breakneck guitar upstrokes cemented the Berkeley quartet's legendary status despite their incredibly brief existence.
