Album Notes & Community Reviews
Operating as an extreme exercise in theatrical shock value, this debut recording introduced the New York ensemble's uniquely destructive brand of high-speed punk. Wendy O. Williams' aggressive vocal presence and the chainsaw-driven noise actively pushed rock performance art into volatile, unprecedented territory.
