Album Notes & Community Reviews
Originally commissioned as a soundtrack for a ballet that was ultimately cancelled, 'Plague of Butterflies' functions as a massive, continuous 34-minute doom metal suite. The Finnish band crafts a profoundly sorrowful, cinematic atmosphere, weaving crushing slow-tempo riffs with delicate, mournful melodies.
