Album Notes & Community Reviews
An early 7-inch by Brooklyn trio Black Dice, 'Semen of the Sun' belongs to the group's hardcore-derived noise phase, before their turn toward electronic collage. Its improvised, abrasive attack connects the band to the Providence and New York noise scenes of the late 1990s.
