Album Notes & Community Reviews
Billed as the final Beatles song, 'Now and Then' was constructed from a lo-fi cassette demo recorded by John Lennon in the late 1970s. Advanced machine-learning audio separation technology developed by Peter Jackson's film team allowed Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr to finally isolate Lennon's vocal and complete the track, incorporating archival guitar parts from George Harrison. It stands as a poignant, technologically mediated reunion spanning over four decades.
