Album Notes & Community Reviews
Opening with Poly Styrene's famously defiant spoken-word intro, this explosive track heavily defined the feminist, anti-consumerist wing of the British punk movement. The distinctive, squawking saxophone work of Lora Logic provided a brilliant, unorthodox counterpoint to the era's standard guitar-driven aggression.
