The second installment in the collaborative 'V.I.R.U.S.' series pairs Ryuichi Sakamoto's delicate, impressionistic piano motifs with Carsten Nicolai's microscopic electronic processing. The recording focuses on the physical resonance and decay of the acoustic instrument, fragmenting and restructuring these sounds into rigid, minimalistic digital rhythms.
