Album Notes & Community Reviews

The legendary Norwegian duo continues their modern trajectory of fusing frostbitten black metal aesthetics with the sprawling, heavy grooves of traditional doom metal. Fenriz and Nocturno Culto lean heavily into atmospheric, epic songwriting, utilizing vintage analog equipment to capture a dark, cavernous, and heavily nostalgic heavy metal sound.
