Album Notes & Community Reviews

Led by former Adolescents member Casey Royer, this incredibly fast and chaotic release is a defining cornerstone of the Orange County skate punk scene. 'Horse Bites, Dog Cries' utilizes buzzsaw guitars and snotty, highly sarcastic vocal deliveries to explore themes of suburban boredom, angst, and dark humor. The frantic, unpolished energy of tracks like 'Richard Hung Himself' made the album a legendary staple on mid-80s skateboarding mixtapes.
