Album Notes & Community Reviews

Reigniting the massive, overwhelming power of his late-forties orchestrations, the charismatic trumpeter leads a phenomenal large ensemble through highly complex, wildly syncopated bop arrangements. The incredibly sharp, aggressive brass sections and fiercely competitive solos absolutely electrified the enthusiastic California audience.
