Album Notes & Community Reviews
The latest full-length from the long-running Swedish masters of gothic/doom metal. 'In Somnolent Ruin' continues their tradition of crafting epic, melancholic soundscapes, defined by the powerful contrast between Lisa Johansson's ethereal clean vocals and Anders Jacobsson's deep death growls. The album is a dark, atmospheric journey through themes of sorrow and beauty.
