Album Notes & Community Reviews

Breaking a long hiatus, the legendary guitarist returned with a fiercely inventive instrumental power-trio album featuring keyboardist Tony Hymas and drummer Terry Bozzio. 'Guitar Shop' completely avoids traditional bass guitars, relying instead on heavily synthesized low-end to anchor Beck鈥檚 wildly expressive, finger-picked lead lines. The Grammy-winning record showcases his unparalleled ability to seamlessly merge blues phrasing with complex fusion and hard rock.
